Multi-product contract engineering
Contract engineering across several concurrent products for a defense and government-technology group: a secure access platform, intelligence and tracking tooling, a reporting product, and rebuild planning for a multi-tenant architecture.
Completed contract engagement
The work
One group, several products, each with different constraints. Creux worked as a contract engineering team across secure infrastructure, intelligence pipelines, reporting products, and architecture planning for more scalable tenant-aware platforms.
Six workstreams delivered over one engagement, covering secure authentication, data-source tracking, reporting, and platform architecture.
The problem
The tracks had little in common technically. Some were greenfield or extracted from existing code, others were reviews, hardening and migration planning inside a production environment. Each needed its own architectural decisions without losing consistency across the whole.
What we built
- [01]
Reviewed an existing customer-intelligence pipeline, documented architecture findings, and produced a rebuild plan with a multi-tenant direction.
- [02]
Built parts of a team-based authentication governance platform on AWS, with role-aware access and operational security controls.
- [03]
Supported intelligence workflows and data-source tracking for federal-contract style monitoring, including system health checks.
- [04]
Delivered UI cleanup and release support for a market-reporting product.
- [05]
Carried delivery on further products in the same portfolio, widening the engagement beyond a single product line.
What it changed
- [01]
Gave the group one engineering team across several products instead of a separate contractor per product.
- [02]
Left written architecture findings and a rebuild plan for the intelligence platform.
- [03]
Moved a secure access platform and a reporting product to a releasable state.
